Protecting information
Neppalli uses reasonable safeguards designed for the limited information collected through this public website. Current controls include encrypted transmission, restricted access, form validation, bot verification, submission-rate controls, minimal operational logging, and one-way hashing of network identifiers used for abuse prevention.
Use the right channel
The public inquiry form is for introductory business context only. Do not use it to send tax returns, notices containing taxpayer identifiers, Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card information, account credentials, health information, or other sensitive records. Existing clients should use their established secure channel.
Security limitations
No internet system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, service interruption, data loss, or other incidents will never occur. If we determine that legally required notice is appropriate after a security incident, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law.
Report a concern
If you believe this website or information submitted through it may be at risk, email ask@neppallico.com with the subject “Security Report.” Do not include exploit code, personal data, credentials, or sensitive client information. Do not access, alter, retain, or disclose data that is not your own; disrupt services; use automated high-volume testing; or demand payment as a condition of reporting.
